Biography

Todd, a partner with 30+ years of experience, specializes in environmental, energy, climate change, and ESG/sustainability matters. He excels in practical guidance tailored to client needs and risk tolerances. His expertise spans regulatory counseling, corporate transactions, and resolving enforcement actions.

Todd serves on the firm’s global ESG advisory committee and is one of three sustainability partners driving progress. He represents clients nationwide and internationally, particularly in Pacific Rim/ASEAN jurisdictions. Active in trade associations, Todd co-authors books on international environmental issues and counsels the Board of Directors for the Pacific Basin Consortium for Environmental and Health Studies at the University of Hawaii.
